Hello, I’m glad you found your way here.

Currently, I work as a Business Analyst and Service Designer at Byte – the bavarian agency for digital affairs. As such, I support the digitalisation initiatives within the administration of Bavaria.

Apart of this, I offer workshops and talks about the role of Service Design and User Research in digital product development.

Aside from my high expertise in service design methodology, research frameworks, agile sprint processes and beyond, there are three skill areas I am particulary fond of.

I love to lead and entertain people on-sight and remotely through creative processes.

From my experience as a lecturer to leading remote workshop in concept phases, I always enjoy the energetic response of people creating ideas together. Because, let’s be honest, it’s not only about the outcome – we also want to have fun along the way!

 

User and UX Research

How might we create best practices for the integration of generative and evaluative research in the product development process?

Apart of my passion for qualitative user research which I discovered during my years at IXDS / PWC, I continuously improve my overall approach how to integrate generative and evaluative research in the product development process. Design Coaching + Training

Empowering others with the toolset I love and to understand their challenges is a crucial part of my work which makes it as fullfilling as it is.

As a lecturer in University I learned how much I enjoy sharing my knowledge, which I continue doing at every station of my path. This includes personal mentoring, developing training sessions as well as driving my field strategically in my organisation.
